About the role

We're looking for someone to lead the SEO strategy for some of our clients, plus contribute to the development of internal SEO tools at iSocialWeb. You audit, define the roadmap for each project, prioritise by business impact and sit with the client to defend those decisions. You'll coordinate work, AI agents and partner with content and development so that what gets prioritised actually ships.

Ideal profile

A very technical, results-driven profile. You've run projects with meaningful traffic, you can read server logs and Search Console in depth, you tell apart what moves the needle from what only fills a report, and you're comfortable automating what others do by hand.

What we're looking for

Technical experience

  • Technical SEO: crawling, indexing, performance, Core Web Vitals and structured data
  • Content strategy: keyword research, information architecture and internal linking
  • Authority: link building strategy and digital PR
  • Measurement and reporting: GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio and project-level profitability analysis
  • Automation: scripts and automated processes to scale audits and monitoring
  • Visibility in AI search: AI Overviews, ChatGPT and generative engines

Personal skills

  • Professional English
  • International and multi-language projects

  • Real use of AI (audits, content or scripts)
  • Python or SQL for data analysis
